Body Composition & Physical Health Check (BCPH)
What is a Body Composition and Physical Health Check?
Our Body Composition and Physical Health Check comprises a full body analysis of your Weight, Body Mass Index, Muscle Quality, Visceral Fat, and 10 more key measurements. We will also conduct a physical health check to assess your mobility, flexibility, posture, and gait. By combining results from these two areas giving a total of up to 20 readings, we will explain all the data providing you with an accurate view of your current physical composition to help you monitor a healthy lifestyle.
