We are passionate about what we do. Providing an outstanding service to clients, helping them recover from injuries, improving their athletic abilities and enhancing their lifestyle are all part of our ethos. To achieve these goals, we recognise that keeping clients informed is critical, which is why education is a service we often provide within treatment sessions.
Through our day to day work with clients, we identified a need to broaden the way we support both them and the local Hertford community, which is why we have developed a series of 90-minute evening seminars that focus on specific areas of human function, optimising performance, injury and rehabilitation.
We have over 25 years’ experience running sports therapy courses though our sister organisation Sports Therapy UK, which enables us to create seminars that are educational, fun, engaging, and interactive. Our seminars are relevant to anyone who leads an active lifestyle, helping you understand how to reduce the risk of injury and enhance your performance.
All our seminars take place at BeActive Clinic in Hertford and usually start at 7pm. Light refreshments are provided.
