Nutritional Therapy
What is Nutritional Therapy?
A series of treatments will comprise an initial session detailing your history covering your health, each body system and it’s functioning, current nutritional intake and discuss your goals/requirements.
You will need to bring details of any medications and supplements you are taking, any recent medical test results if you have any and a completed 3 day food diary including drinks and times preferably to include one weekend day.
We will complete your plan after the session to provide you with on the second session. This plan will be tailored and written specifically for you to meet any goals or health support you feel you need, including detailed dietary breakdown and lifestyle advice.
Second Session
In your second session you will receive your nutrition plan which we will go through with you in detail and answer any questions that you may have. We can discuss any queries you have about it going forward to ensure that when you walk away with your plan you fully understand each section of it and what you are being asked to do.
Follow Ups
Follow up sessions will take place after you have been following your plan for a period of time (determined by what has been put into your plan). We will discuss your plan, how it has worked so far and make any adjustments and additions required to continue the work we have been doing.
Follow up sessions offer you the opportunity to progress your nutrition plan further and to continue working in a holistic way to improve your health and achieve your goals.
